Shipping

We ship from our studio in Providence, Rhode Island. Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after, or over the weekend, ship the next business day.

Domestic (United States)

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free ground shipping applies automatically when the cart subtotal reaches $150.

International

We ship to most countries. Costs and transit times are calculated at checkout based on destination. You're responsible for any import duties, customs, or VAT charged by your destination country. We can't predict these in advance, but they're typically 15 to 25 percent of the order value for European destinations.

We currently can't ship to: Russia, Belarus, mainland China.

Tracking

You get a tracking number within 24 hours of placing an order. If you don't, write to hello@northform.studio with your order number and we'll re-send.

Packaging

Orders ship in recycled-content paper mailers, wrapped in unbleached tissue. There is no plastic in a Northform shipment. We don't include marketing inserts, fragrance samples, or stickers. The mailer is the gift.

What if it gets lost

We use insured shipping on every order over $100. If a package goes missing in transit, write to us with your order number. We'll either re-ship or refund, depending on what you'd prefer.

What if you're not home

Most carriers will leave a Northform package at your door, since we use signature confirmation only on orders over $400 (our coats and blazers). If you'd rather have everything signature-confirmed, mention it at checkout in the order notes.

Pre-orders and made-to-order

We don't currently take pre-orders. Every product on the site is in stock at our Providence studio. If a piece is sold out in your size, the PDP says so, and you can sign up to be notified when it's back.
